  • How is the instalation made?
    We will install a Starlink satellite dish on your rooftop or at an alternative location with a clear view of the sky. Before installation, our technicians may conduct a site survey to determine suitability. Installation usually takes about 1-2 hours.
  • What is included in the SkyLink Service?
    SkyLink service includes a Starlink dish, Wi-Fi router, cables, mounts, installation, and technical support.
  • what are the pricing plans that SkyLink offers ?
    Plans start at 8500 CVE/month for residential and 15,000 CVE/month for business. Please see our plans page for more information.
  • How do I pay for the service?
    We currently accept payment by bank transfer, international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and soon, domestic credit cards (Vinti4).
  • Can I cancel my subscription at any moment?
    Yes. You may cancel service by providing SkyLink 30 days notice before the end of the billing cycle.
  • What is SkyLink?
    SkyLink is a high-speed satellite internet service that works anywhere in Cabo Verde—even where there's no fiber or mobile coverage.
  • What happens if I use too much data?
    Heavy data usage may deprioritize your connection. We apply a Fair Use Policy to maintain a good experience for all users.
  • What is the internet speed?
    Typical speeds range from 100 to 250 Mbps download, with latency usually below 100 ms.
  • Will you provide any materials for the installation?
    SkyLink will provide all the installation materials during the Pilot program.
